About the Role

CAP PMC is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-phase construction and infrastructure projects from initial planning through final close-out. You'll be the primary point of coordination between clients, contractors, and internal teams — keeping every phase on schedule, on budget, and to spec.

What You'll Do

• Own project schedules, budgets, and scope across the full project lifecycle.
• Run regular site and client meetings, tracking decisions and open items to close.
• Coordinate contractors, subtrades, and internal teams to keep work moving.
• Identify risks early and put mitigation plans in place before they become delays.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to clients and leadership.
• Review and approve change orders, invoices, and project documentation.

What You Bring

• 5+ years managing construction or infrastructure projects end to end.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Working knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Clear, confident communication with clients, trades, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable reading drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to active sites.
